Space-Saving Hangers — Five Garments per Hook
Why not just buy more hangers?
More hangers is the instinct, and it's the thing that doesn't work — forty hangers on a metre of rail is already the limit. The problem isn't how many hangers you own. It's that each one uses a fraction of the height available.

Before you buy
Will these fit my wardrobe?
They hook onto a standard round or oval wardrobe rail, so if your current hangers fit, these will. What you also need is height — each hanger is 37cm long and drops further as garments are added, so allow around 90cm of clear space below the rail. Fine in a standard wardrobe, tight in a shallow one with a shelf or drawers underneath.
How much can one hold?
Five holes, so five garments. That's shirts, blouses, tops, trousers and skirts. Heavy winter coats and wet-weather gear are too much for one hook — use one hanger per coat as usual. We'd rather say that now than process the return later.
Do I need special hangers?
No. The holes take the hooks of ordinary hangers — wooden, wire, plastic or velvet. You hang the hangers you already own, so there's nothing else to buy. Very thick wooden hooks can be a tight fit; standard ones drop straight in.
Can I use them horizontally?
Yes, and it's the reason there's an S-hook at both ends. Hung vertically it cascades garments downward to save rail space. Turned flat along the rail it spreads five garments sideways at the same height, which is useful for laying out an outfit or seeing a set of shirts at a glance.
Won't everything crease?
Less than it does now, in our experience. Creasing on a packed rail comes from garments being pressed hard against each other. These spread clothes vertically with air between them instead.
What are they made of?
Moulded plastic, which keeps them light and keeps the price down. The edges and holes are smoothed so there's nothing to snag a thread on. If you want to hang six heavy coats off one hook, this isn't the product for you.
How long will delivery take?
7 to 14 days, tracked, with the tracking number emailed as soon as it ships. We'd rather tell you that up front than promise next-day and let you down.
What if they don't work for us?
Thirty days to send them back for a full refund, used or not. Email us and we'll sort it.
Why we made this
We started Velyras for the small annoyances nobody ever gets round to fixing. The wardrobe that won't shut. The seats that never came properly clean. The drawer you have to close with your hip.
Everything we sell has to pass the same test — does it solve a real problem someone has on an ordinary Tuesday? Not a gimmick. Something you fit once and then stop thinking about, which is the highest compliment a piece of kit can earn.
We're a small UK operation. If something's wrong you'll get a reply from someone who actually cares whether it gets fixed.
